Born in Israel, Elad Kashi graduated in 2010 form Shenkar, school for engineering and design.

Elad began his career with an internship at the London based, Michael Sodeau studio. Shortly after his graduation Elad joined “Intovision” – A product development firm, where he soon became lead industrial designer and project manager responsible for delivering products from sketch to mass production.

After being awarded the Israeli design prize “Ot-Hitzuv” in 2013 and exhibiting his work in Milan, Paris, Brussels, etc. Elad established the industrial design firm FIT R&D. FIT is a cross-segment innovation firm that specializes in user centered products.

As part of his multidisciplinary approach, Elad gained experience in segments such as consumer products, wearables, IOT, military & space, medical, etc.

Apart from crafting new experiences at FIT, Elad also teach at the industrial design department in Shenkar, school for engineering and design (2011-present), helping to excite and stimulate new generations of talented designers.
